AG Power Fitness
You are in control of your AG Power Fitness data. Use the form below to ask us to permanently delete your account, or to send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can also email us directly at any time.
What happens when you delete your account
When we process an account deletion request:
- Your account and login are permanently deactivated and you lose access to the app and your membership card.
- Your profile, preferences and saved details are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
- Your loyalty points and membership tier are forfeited and cannot be restored.
- Any active membership is cancelled. Deletion does not by itself entitle you to a refund, which remains subject to your membership terms.
- Records we are legally required to keep (such as payment and transaction records for tax and accounting) may be retained for the period required by law, then securely deleted.
This action is permanent.
Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered, and you will need to register again to use AG Power Fitness in future.
